Personal Care

Our carers help with personal care ensuring our clients dignity and preferences are respected at all times. Our carers will support our clients with individual preferences that are required to the individual, and ensure that our client’s independence is promoted.

Working with health professionals and appointments

We will work with local agencies as part of a multi-agency team on your behalf, including district nurses, doctors and other health professionals.

Housekeeping

Our carers can support you with those housekeeping tasks to ensure your environment is exactly the way you want and would expect it. This includes cleaning, laundry, cooking and shopping tasks. We focus upon achieving high quality care with focusing on your care needs. We ensure that you receive carer continuity as this bond between you and your carer is important in achieving good quality care.

Social and occupational needs

We maintain that leading an active and fulfilling life is important and include many benefits. Our carers can support you with your social lifestyle, including activities of daily living, and occupational activities. This includes retaining hobbies and chosen interests, and supporting you with daily routines and lifestyle.

Respite care/ recouping

We provide short term care that suits our clients and their families. Everyone’s care needs are different, that is why we provide individualized care, any time.

Live in care

We provide care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will provide you with a live in carer to suit your needs and lifestyle. Receiving carer continuity as your bond between you and your carer is important in achieving good quality care. So it is not just a carer but a companion too.
